Description:

  • No. of classes: 20
  • Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • No. of students in each batch: Upto 4 moms-to-be
  • Time: 1 batch (7 pm IST)
  • Duration : 60 minutes
  • Get access to a private moms-to-be WhatsApp community

Things Required: yoga mat, blocks, belt, dumbbells (1 kg pair), bottle of water, napkin and a smile 🙂

Eligibility : Doctor clearance compulsory. As a general guideline, 6 weeks after vaginal birth and 8 weeks after caesarean birth
