About Us
All About Birthing wasn't born in a stuffy office, but right here in my cozy living room!
It wasn't a rigid plan, but something that bloomed naturally, like a beautiful flower.
It all started with pregnancy yoga, where we saw how strong and flexible women could be as their bodies changed with their growing babies. This led to becoming childbirth educators and lactation consultants, then birth doulas, infant massage instructors, and nutritionists, all with the aim of supporting women through their unique birthing journey with knowledge, care, and a nurturing approach.
Our Journey
Seeing the fear melt away as women understood the birthing process was like watching a flower bud finally open to the sunshine. But a beautiful flower needs more than just sunshine. So, we became birth doulas, offering support and a calming presence during labor, like a sturdy stem holding the flower upright. That’s why we also became infant massage instructors, showing parents how gentle touch can strengthen this delicate connection, like sunshine nurturing the flower’s petals. Finally, to keep everyone healthy and thriving, we trained as nutritionists.
